Randy Levine - Executive Director

Randy Levine most recently was the COO of Nine Systems Corporation and Streaming Media Corporation where his responsibilities included corporate and product strategy, organizational development, strategic relationships, M&A and operations. Randy played a significant role in the streaming media industry over the past 5 years, having helped form two streaming media companies and orchestrate three major mergers in the industry - WebCast Solutions (which was merged into StarMedia to create StarMedia Broadband), ClickHear (sold to CMGi and then merged into NaviSite) , NaviSite Streaming Media Group (sold to SMC).

With clients and partners such as Anheuser Busch, Universal Music Group, Microsoft, NFL Films, Aetna, IBM, United Technologies and GE. Levine helped build a significant base with all three streaming companies. One of Levine's main initiatives in the space was the launch of streamOS and its partner program, which enabled the first-of-it's-kind multiple-CDN strategy giving the client the greatest aggregate capacity network with seamless integration and switching of these networks as needed, as well as an online interface for the management of their content.  Earlier, during his work with Webcast Solutions, Levine managed and produced first-of-their-kind Puerto Rico integrated promotional campaigns for Anheuser Busch, the Budweiser Bud House and Pepsi.These were both summer long ad campaigns with live streamed parties as part of the promotional giveaways. Additionally, Levine has been a passionate and dynamic speaker at Streaming Media East/ West/ Europe & Asia, DDMI Europe/ West & Asia, Digital Hollywood LA/ Las Vegas & NY, E-Cast London, Streaming to the Enterprise Conference in New York, National Association of Broadcasters in Las Vegas, and the Entertainment & Technology Association Conference in Los Angeles.

Mr. Levine began his professional career as a political consultant managing and raising funds for many successful local, state and congressional campaigns throughout the United States.  He has a degree in Political Science and History from University at Albany State University of New York. Randy is married and is a proud new papa of a five month old baby boy.
